Watermelon Carrot Smoothie

Yield: 3 cups

Watermelon Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 2 medium carrots, about 1 cup, chopped
  • 1 medium apple, chopped into chunks

Instructions for parents/teachers:

Chop watermelon, carrots and apple with a knife.

Instructions for kids:

Place the chopped watermelon, carrots and apple into a blender. Place lid on blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until all the ingredients are well mixed and smooth.

Pour into a glass and drink!
