Trail Mix

This is the perfect, healthy snack to make with kids. They can help measure, pour, stir, and even place handfuls of the finished trail mix into tinier storage containers to grab for school or snacks.

Trail Mix


  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 2 cups dried blueberries
  • 2 cups dried coconut flakes


Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir with a spoon. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks.
