Green Kale Smoothie

Have kids make this yummy green smoothie for something both healthy AND tasty!

Green Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups kale, tough stems removed

2 cups light coconut milk

2 ripe bananas

2 cups ice

Instructions for kids:

Pull leaves off of kale stems. Add coconut milk to blender, followed by bananas, kale and ice. Place the lid on the blender and push the button to start. Blend until smooth.

*Note: NEVER place the end of a spoon or other objects into the blender while it’s blending. If you need to stir the ingredients, turn off the blender, remove the lid, stir, and then return the lid before turning the blender on again.
