Fish Nuggets and Carrots

Yield: serves 4-6
Fish Nuggets and Carrots
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 lbs. fresh sturgeon, filleted and cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper
- 4 carrots, sliced into thin coins
- 1 zucchini, cubed
- 1-2 teaspoons soy sauce
Instructions for parents/teachers:
Cube fish and cut vegetables. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Instructions for kids:
Place flour and sturgeon cubes into a large zip lock bag, seal, and shake until the fish is lightly coated. Ask an adult to help pour the fish into the hot wok. Allow the fish to cook on one side for 2-3 minutes before stirring. Ask an adult to help you add carrots and zucchini to pan. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce to the pan and stir.
