Bean Dip

Try this super simple recipe as an after school snack. Just add your favorite veggies!

Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 15-oz can low-fat refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions for parents/teachers:

Use can opener to remove lid from refried beans.

Instructions for kids:

Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine. Serve with sliced veggies.
