Try this super simple recipe as an after-school snack. Just add
your favorite veggies!
1 15-oz can low-fat refried beans
1 cup salsa
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions for parents/teachers:
Use can opener to remove lid from refried beans.
Instructions for kids:
Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.
Serve with sliced veggies.
