The following easy recipe was developed by 9-year-old Madelene Silva-Sciortino as part of our Kids’ Recipe Contest sponsored by SimplyRecipes.com. Madelene’s recipe was served at a party at restaurant Ten22 to benefit our nonprofit, helping us raise much-needed funds to bring food literacy education to more kids in the region.
Congratulations to Madelene for being one of our kid chef winners!
