Betty’s work experience is nothing short of tenacious servant
leadership and has worn many hats during her radishing career.
She launched her extraordinary career in a non-profit
organization where she provided prevention and intervention
services to Asian American youth in San Francisco. Her experience
grew as she made her way to the Sacramento area where she worked
as a Community Impact Director working around health,
sustainability, and education through the Sacramento Kings
Foundation and Community Impact Programs.
Her impact in the Sacramento community has made her a strong
addition to our board, she currently provides support in
managing the Shine Award Program, a project funding application
that supports sustainable communities in Sacramento. Betty is a
compassionate leader, mother, and food activist who cares about
her team as well as her community.
