Central Kitchen Showcase
September 12 from 4 - 6 PM
Join us for Sacramento City Unified School District’s showcase of their Central Kitchen project, which will serve scratch cooked meals, and source more local fruits and vegetables and fresh. Through the Central Kitchen, the district is working to improve consistency in food quality and ensure food safety from product delivery to consumption.
During the showcase, you’ll get to try samples of school breakfast, lunch and supper items, and learn more about the project!
