Jolly Food Literacy Holiday Recipe Collection
As part of California Food Literacy Center’s online fundraising campaign to raise $11,000 by Jan 1, several top food bloggers generously contributed recipes that we included in our e-book Jolly Food Literacy Holiday Recipe Collection.
The e-book design was donated by Pat Soberanis Creative Services. Anyone who donates $50 or more to our campaign will receive a copy of this e-book, which will enable us to continue providing food literacy education to low-income kids. The recipes are a collection of holiday favorites, including bread, appetizers, soup, vegetable sides, desserts, and a roasted turkey with a spicy gluten-free gravy. There are some unique, delicious ideas to make your holiday festive!
Donate $50 at http://www.indiegogo.com/KidsFoodLiteracy to help us continue our food literacy work with low-income kids and receive a copy of this amazing e-book just in time for creating your holiday dinner menus!
