Fast Food “Healthy Options” Don’t Mean Fewer Calories

A study by the department of public health at Temple University found that fast food healthy options like entree salads and yogurt parfaits do not necessarily have fewer calories.

“Bottom line? Just because a menu item is labeled ‘healthy,’ doesn’t make it so. And if you truly want to eat healthfully, you’re better off eating at home,” according to the findings. Read more about the study on Huffington Post.
