Carrot Cake Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients
6 cups quick oats
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup dehydrated carrots
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 cup boiling water
Instructions for Adults
General supervision. Assist with boiling water.
Instructions for Kids
Combine all ingredients except water in a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Measure out 1/2 cup of the dry mix and add to a serving bowl. Add boiling water to cover. Place a lid over the serving bowl and let rest for 5 minutes, then remove, stir, and eat.
