Elena is a marketing and publications consultant for the Sacramento News & Review, following many years of fundraising for competitive congressional races across the country. Elena is a proud University of Arizona Wildcat, where she studied Public Policy, Health Administration, and Philosophy. Elena serves as a board member for New Leaders Council Sacramento and is Vice-Curator of the Global Shapers Sacramento Hub. She loves creating synergy between unconventional partners and is invested in building vibrant communities. Elena is passionate about both working with students and promoting healthy lifestyles, and is excited to support the Food Literacy Center’s important work!
