Food Literacy Center is honored to receive a resolution from Mayor Steinberg and Sacramento City Council recognizing our 10 year anniversary. Since 2011, we have been inspiring kids to eat their vegetables.

In the last decade we’ve reached 12,000 students from 16 Sacramento schools to improve their eating habits and find joy in making healthy decisions. 

This resolution highlights our accomplishments over the past 10 years, including the construction of our new center and cooking school. 
We are grateful for this recognition and for every individual who has contributed to the growth of Food Literacy Center these past 10 years.
