California Food Literacy Center founder, Amber Stott, was recently interviewed by The State Hornet, Sacramento State’s award-winning student-run newspaper. She talked about our food literacy program at Capitol Heights Academy in Oak Park and how the program has affected the kids’ nutrition knowledge.  The article made front page in the print version and you can read all about it here.
