So why is this is a food literacy sandwich? Because it has all fresh ingredients with little meat but mostly veggies that carry all the vitamins you need. From the multi-grain bread to the fresh pesto aioli it is fulfilled with healthy food all good for growth of a kid like me and adults to keep good health. Thank you for reading. My name is Ella, age 12, grade 7.

Ingredients:

You start with multi-grain bread, lettuce and both pieces of bread, then on one piece of lettuce put Dijon mustard, then on the other fresh pesto aioli, splat some cucumber on one side with turkey, pepperoncini, Salami, and tomato.
