Fruit-to-Root Food Literacy Fair presented by Raley’s

In partnership with America’s Farm-to-Fork Capital, the Sacramento Public Library & with NeighborWorks, Food Literacy Center will host the Fruit-to-Root Food Literacy Fair, a free community event inspired by Chef Dan Barber’s best-selling book, “The Third Plate.” This marks our fourth annual food literacy fair.

- Vegetable petting zoo

*Local chefs and food trucks will transform their menus and create their interpretation of a Third Plate dish using our region’s most sustainable ingredients.
