Pickled red onions are a great addition to many main dishes -
including our Vegetable
Tostadas! This recipe is quick and simple and will stay fresh
in your refrigerator for weeks.
Pickled Red Onions
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup lime juice from about 8 limes
Instructions for Adults
Thinly slice onion.
Instructions for Kids
Place sliced onions in a jar. Add lime juice. Seal jar and
refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Serve!
