Jackie Hadley
Operations Manager
Jackie joined Food Literacy Center in 2022 as the Operations Manager. Jackie has fun creating policies, managing budgets, and (her favorite) utilizing spreadsheets to make Food Literacy Center run smoothly.
Jackie’s interest in food literacy started when she volunteered one summer at a camp in the Dominican Republic. Her love of food sparked a curiosity about how different communities liked to eat. For her, it was a way to connect across cultures and languages
Jackie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. Jackie also received an Environmental Conservation Certificate from American River College. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys running the local trails and sewing clothes for her and her daughter.
