Pacific’s Master of Arts in Food Studies program prepares students for success in food-related professions by broadening and deepening their knowledge about the food system and food-related issues. Course offerings in the San Francisco-based, multidisciplinary program represent many disciplines including Anthropology, History, Sociology, Anthropology, Literature and Food Policy. Through systematic examination of the ethical, environmental and health impacts of how we grow, process, distribute and consume food, students master critical thinking, research and writing skills.
Sun & Soil’s mission is to build strong relationships with our community and local farms by creating healthy, organic juices and smoothies. We will receive the freshest produce daily to ensure that the quality and flavor of our products is outstanding. We will also reduce our carbon footprint with a glass bottle exchange program rather than the typical plastic / styrofoam options.
